- 1/2 pimiento morrón
- 2 huevos
- 25 gr manteca
- c/n leche

- Pelar y cortar las papas y poner a hervir.
- Aparte, poner a hervir los 100 gr de lentejas (hay que dejarlas en remojo 24 hs aproximadamente pero últimamente las pongo a hervir sin remojar)
- Picar la cebolla, cebollita verde y el pimiento morrón y poner a rehogar. Una vez pasados 10 min, agregar los dos huevos y revolver hasta que el huevo se cocine un poco (es importante que no esté completamente hecho). Condimentar con sal.
- Agregar las lentejas previamente hervidas en la mezcla anterior y separar.
- Hacer un puré de papas, agregarle los 25gr de manteca derretida, leche (cantidad necesaria para que pueda ser manejable) y condimentar con sal, pimienta y nuez moscada.
- Enaceitar una fuente y volcar el relleno

- Por encima del relleno, volcar el puré de papas y cubrir completamente

- Llevar a horno y dejarlo aproximadamente 15 min.
- Nota: por ahí leí que al puré no hay que agregarle leche porque tiene que ser seco. Lo intenté así pero no me funcionó, no podía darle forma, así que le terminé agregando para poder moldearlo. Igual con el golpe de horno se endurece.
- Nota 2: Se le puede agregar queso por encima, es a gusto de cada uno ;-)
