  6. Agregar la carne y revolver bien, después condimentar a gusto, agregar el ajo y los caldos picados (Yo le puse uno de carne y uno saborizado de panceta y cebolla) y mezclar bien. Si es necesario agregar un chorro de agua para que no se queme.
  7. Agregar el arroz y revolver bien. Así que empieza a cocinarse antes de hervirse.
  8. Agregar la papa y el zapallo. Revolver bien y agregar las lentejas (Yo las pongo con toda el agua de su recipiente)
  9. Por último agregar el agua, mezclar bien todo (este sería el momento de poner los l chorizo en rodajitas con cuidado para que quede armado antes de que hierva) y cocinar al máximo hasta que hierva; una vez que lo haga bajar el fuego al mínimo y cocinar por 15 o 20 minutos.
