  1. Lo primero es hervir el zapallo en agua de bidon, junto a las lentejas y un pedacito de pimiento rojo en olla de presión 35 min aproximadamente y si es normal 1 hora o 1 hora y media más menos
  2. Por mientras preparamos nuestros ingredientes..
  3. Cuando pase este tiempo abrimos la olla y agregamos el puñado de arroz y una caluga de costilla bien molida. Si es necesario agregar solo un POCO de sal porque las calugas ya son saladas. Revolver de vez en cuando para que no se pegue nuestro arroz.
  4. Empezamos a hacer nuestro sofrito, echamos una cucharada de aceite y nuestra carne molida con unos ajitos picados en cuadro y comino, cuando este doradita agregamos la cebolla.
  5. Cuando este lista la cebolla agregamos nuestros chorizos y sofreír unos 2 min, luego agregamos un tomate picado en cuadritos y nuestras vianesas, echamos la otra caluga bien molida y cuando este todo bien cocinado echamos media cucharada de ají color y un poquito de agua para que no este tan seco luego revolver muy bien.
  6. Agregamos nuestro sofrito a las lentejas y revolvemos.. y listas nuestras lentejitas, muy ricas!!
